Gap of 3 months in Decision Letter and BRP Issue date - ILR application

hi ALl

I moved from Tier 2 ICT to dependent visa in 2020. My decision letter was 16th Dec 2020 whereas I received BRP with issue date of 16th March 2021 till 16th June 2023.
Second BRP was issued till 16th Dec 2025.

I am in process of applying ILR but as per first dependent BRP issue date I do not complete 5 years whereas based on decision letter I have.

Can someone please suggest best course of action ie whether decision letter date will be valid as start date for ILR ?? Or is there any other things I need to consider

Date of decision can be used, assuming the letter says your visa was approved on that date
