ILR 10 Year Route Eligibility

Hi Team,

This is my immigration history and wanted to check if I am eligible to apply in August?

Sep 2016 - Sep 2017 : Student Visa
Sept 2017 - Sep 2018 : Tier 2 General dependent visa
Sept 2018 - July 2022 : Tier 2 General Visa
July 2022 - Present : Tier 2 General dependent visa

Am I eligible to apply for ILR in Aug 2026?
My spouse is a british citizen

There has been no gaps between these transfers in visa and also didnt spend 180+ days out of the UK

It seems you will be.
