Problem with ILR Application......urgent help pls!

Due to apply for my ILR(2 yrs spouse visa) in 2 weeks,but i have this problem bothering me towards the application.

I was previously on student visa,during my second extension(June 2005),my application for student visa extension was rejected,under the bases that i was working more than 20 hours a week.

I was told to appeal,which i did and was granted the visa on the bases of compassion(lost my sponsor at the time)...

Just wondering if that STUDENT VISA EXTENSION issue will not affect my ILR or later applications in future,especially when applying for Naturalisation?......Helpful replies will be appreciated.

If you were granted your student extensions then this shouldn't affect future applications.
I would suggest that when you apply for ILR, you do this by post rather than in person.
