Just looking for some clarification on something. I am enquiring about the possibility of applying for ILR. I originally applied for my HSMP in February/March of 2006, it was initially rejected because they claimed my payslips were photocopied and I appealed and subsequently had the visa approved. I received the acceptance letter on the 12th April 2006.
I am aware that the judicial review changes mean that if you applied before 6 April 2006 you are able to qualify for ILR after 4 years. But do you require any documentation to prove this? The only document I have is the original letter confirming my HSMP approval on 12 April 2006. I am guessing they must have records of some sort for this? The only other option I have is to hope that 1st Contact has a copy of this

Thanks in advance
Steve
