Hello, I am on Tier 1 visa and due for ILR on end of August. I have now lost my job. And I do not think I will get any job soon. So I will be missing july's payslip, when I apply in early August.
I have got all the previous payslips. My Tier 1 visa expires next year in May.
Can anyone please advise what should I do. I have 3 options:
1. Apply in August and show them that I was workin till June - and show documents proving that now I am searching for work.
2. Wait till I get a job - and then apply for ILR.
3. Apply in August but do not tell them that I have lost my job - and pray that they do not ask for my july's payslip!
