Wife ILR

Post by gd_chandrasekar » Mon Dec 13, 2010 11:53 am

Hi

I got my ILR in Aug (WP + HMSP + Tier 1) , my wife did not complete her 2 years period, so applied FLR(m) same day and got an dependent ILR valid for 2 years. She is eligible for ILR Nov, 2011. I am eligible for Naturalization in Aug, 2011.

The question is, will there be a problem to my wife Visa, if I apply for naturalisation?

What form should I use to apply for my wife ILR in Nov, 2011, of course its long way to go, but it will help me to get the required documents.

Thanks

Of course not.

She may need to complete her two years under FLR(M) (285) and apply for SET(M), subject to 288.
