A CaseWorker's Guide/Manual

Post by NiceCareing » Sun Dec 19, 2010 4:45 pm

There was a link on the HomeOffice website which contained details of how a caseworker process the ILR application, gap, what is considered a gap and not, annual leave etc etc etc for 10 years Long residence category.
Does anyone know the link please?

Thanks in advance.

Absence...150 days

Post by NiceCareing » Sun Dec 19, 2010 7:19 pm

Hi Sushdmehta

Thanks very much for your reply. I been on holidays 6 or 7 times (outside UK) for 4 or 5 or 6 days. Total absence is around 150 days all together including some long holidays.

My question is after completing 10 years would I have to Complete this all 150 days absence from UK also or is there any number of days we are allowed absence and Home Office not count?

Thanks in Advance

Nice
