Indefinate leave

Hi ALL

Im british born citizen and I have a hubby on a spouse visa which is coming to an end in May 2011

We want to apply for Indefinate leave but heres the problem:

We have not lived together for about a year due to the following issues:

When he arrived - we had problems straight away ....

I have a mortgage on a ex council property which we lived in and Someone kept smashing my car window and i felt victimised and then got threated by my neighbour who was on cocaine - also his family his aunt in particular who lived on the ground floor flat was bullying me and interferred with the relationship to the point I left my property and gave it to an estate agency to manage. Hence this caused issues in our relationship as I felt he sided with his family more.

Also he had problems getting a job (construction)due to reccesion and not having any work references in the uk - so due to issues with his family and no luck with job in london he moved to Wales and got a job as a labourer via the agency.

Its been hard going as we lived apart plus I got depressed due to what happened which did cause arguments between us. But i still stayed in the relationship and visited him on weekends.

We are ok now and since he been working and he does not complain about being homesick and all the drama.

I have savings and now im a contractor but I live in London - and now he has 6 moths work ref he is still working in Wales and lnow started to look for a job in London

Anyone know what our chances are of obtaining ILR.
