when do i qualify for ILR

Hello All,

I would like to know when i will qualify for ILR if do, will I qualify for premium service ( same day delivery) or postal service.
Below are the details

Entry visa: From 28-04-2006 to 28-04-2008
Residence permit: From 08-05-2008 to 28-04-2009
Residence permit: from 05-05-2009 to 05-05-2011
Not in UK period: on vacations every year not more than 25 days.

Any guidance/ suggestions welcomed.

When you may qualify for settlement will depend on the date of entry into the UK, and not on visa effective dates. So, when did you enter UK and were the application for leave to remain (extension) submitted in-time?

My initial entry to UK is on 3rd May 2006 and the subsequent submission for extension I hope happened on time 5 weeks before expiry of my visa.
The clarification that i have is the date of issue doesnt overlap or starts from from previous visa end date, not sure whether this needs to be consider for ILR eligible period and also will have any delay in the processing.

as long as your submission for extensions were before visa expiry, you should quality on 28 days before 3rd may 2011 i.e. soemtime in april 2011.
