Tenancy Agreement Needed for ILR Set (O) application ???????

Hi everyone,

I am working and living in london as Tier 1 (General) visa holder along with my wife. (I am living from last 5 years and my wife is living in london as my dependant from last 3 + years).

We will be applying for ILR under 5 years working category soon. We will be using Form SET(O).

My query is DO WE NEED TENANCY AGREEMENT when we apply for Indefinite Leave in UK by form SET(O) ?

(Note: landlord is currenlty on world tour and my property is privately rented, So cant get his signature on it tenancy agreement renewal.) However my bank statments shows that I am paying him under his name and bank account using online bill payment service.

Any suggestion will be welcomed.

Only if you intend to provide tenancy agreement as address proof, or co-habitation proof...There are other documents which you can provide..
