ILR based on Tier 1 with combination of emploment + self emp

Hi all.

I am applying ILR on 14/07/2011 in sheffield based on Tier 1 (G) and Work Permit. I understand that I will have to prove my slalary for last 12 months equal to the amount when I was granted Tier 1 (G). In last 12 months I am part time employee + Self employeed. Can anyone tell me what documents I should submit to proof earnings from self employed income.

For employment, I will submit bank staments, wage slips and letter from employer.

For self employment: I will submit accounts covering the period from 01/07/2010 to 30/06/2011 from a qualified accountant. Invoices summary prepared by accountant and covering letter from accountant confriming my income.

do they need a filled Tax Return form HMRC for the year ended 2016 April 1(years 2010/2011)?

i am going to sheffield as well but on 25th july and i am self employed and by my understanding we need to provide
1) hmrc welcome letter showing self employed status and UTR number
2) invoices and same amounts reflecting in bank statements
3) accountant statement confirming the income
