ILR - dependant over 18 yrs.

Post by goodday1 » Wed Aug 10, 2011 2:47 pm

Hi,
I am due to apply for ILR in Oct 2011. My son (dependant) is 21 yrs of age and is working but still resides with me. Could you please guide me as to which form he should fill as he will be applying on a seperate application form and what documents he would require.

Would remain much obliged.

which category of visa should one switch over to when the dependant becomes over 18 and starts working full time .

Thanks.
Risky. Why work full-time before being granted ILR?
