ILR-Speeding/parking/wrong turn

Post by snowflake007 » Tue Sep 20, 2011 11:55 am

Hello all,

Ive been a silent reader of this forum and must say its really useful.

I would be grateful to the seniors, moderators and anyone who could please advice me on:-

1) I got a 3 points and 60 pound fine for being over the speed limit in jan 2004. The points were on my licence for 4-5 years and then taken off. Now I guess i do need to declare that? I dont have record and neither does DVLA as I wanted to know the dates they came on my licence and when taken off. how do I go about this? write on form, not write?

2) what about a driving offence(sept 2008) where I was fined 60 pounds by Ealing council for taking a wrong U turn. I paid that. do I declare? No courts involved.

3)a parking fine of 25 pounds( august 2008)cause I had parked without a ticket in the hospital. paid that. no problems. no courts involved.

declare them? please advise. really thankful.

No unspent convictions, hence nothing is to be declared.

Thanks gidoc. Really appreciate your reply.

just wasnt sure whats under the category of declaring civil judgments. Criminal convictions is still understandable.

Is civil judgment handed out in a court of law?
