Qulifying ILR Application Date

Hi Seniors,

Please can you help me understand the first date on which I can apply for ILR? Below are the details:

HSMP Entry Clearance Visa issued outside UK on: 31-AUGUST-2007

Entered UK on: 24-OCTOBER-2007

After entension (HSMP->TIER1), Visa was granted till: 31-AUGUST-2012.

Note 1: I have entered UK after 58 days my HSMP Entry Clearance VISA was granted to me.

Note 2: Number of days outside UK till today is only: 3 weeks.

Please can you help me understand the first date on which I can apply for my ILR?

You can apply on or after 3rd august 2012.
