WP to ILR

Hi,

I came to UK in March 2005 on working Holiday visa, Got the job in Feb 2006 , My company applied for work permit and visa stamped on Feb 12 2007, arrived in UK as WP holder on 28th Feb. So , my question is when can i apply for ILR, my WP getting expired on 12th feb 2012, Do i need to count 5 years from the day i landed in UK or can i apply in Jan 2nd week?
