ILR financial requirement and Tax Credits

Post by Khurram Khizan » Tue Dec 06, 2011 2:33 pm

I would like to thank you to all specially who assist and reply my queries as I was missguided by many solicitors. Now I just follow this forum advice and I am successful.

I was granted ILR on long residence basis in June 2011. At that time I had Tier 2 from December 2009. My wife had Tier 2 (dependant) since December 2009 and switched into Spouse Visa in Jly 2011. As I am advised that my wife can apply for ILR from December 2011 (2 years including Tier 2 (Dependant) I need following help:
1- How much funds we should show? We have 2 children under 6 years and both British Citizen now.
2- How much income we need to declare as I am earning £1115 per month after tax deductions while wife does not work?
3- I receive Child Benefit, Working and Child Tax credits since November 2011. May it Effect ILR application of my wife?

Thank you in advance.
