Which ILR form for my son 18 years

Post by Moira » Sun Feb 05, 2012 2:21 pm

I would be very grateful for some advice on which ILR form I should use for my son who is 18.

We arrived in UK with a visa as I am married to a British citizen - at the time we arrived, nearly 5 years ago now, my sons were obviously under 18. Now that one is over 18, I read from the guidance forms, that he cannot apply with Set F - should he apply with Set O as he is working now though will be a part time student soon.

He still stays at home with us but is not dependant on us as he earns his own money.

Any advice would be most gratefully received - Thank you.

See also ILR for child over 18. Get written confirmation about SET(O)
