Evidence required for ILR

Post by matt1567 » Mon Feb 20, 2012 7:34 pm

Hi,

I am currently filling the Form SET(O) for ILR and have a question regarding the evidence required for ILR : Item 10L of the document states I need the evidence specified in section 9A which is fine, but it then goes on to say that for "the period before you were granted leave a Tier 1 (general) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules". I was previously on a work permit so would the work permit in my passport suffice as evidence or would I need further information such a letter from employer etc.

Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Matt
