10 years residency unemployed

Post by babida2011 » Tue Feb 21, 2012 11:07 pm

I have a question about my wife application for ILR. I was granted the ILR last year based on 10 years residency but my wife has only completed 10 years residency recently. She is going to apply for ILR but she has always been a house wife and never worked in UK and was always dependent on me which means she does not have salary slips or bank statements. The question is what documents could she send as an evidence of her finance? Can I send my pay slips and bank statements as evidence?

Many thanks

She has to show that she was legally and continuously in the UK throughout the 10 year period. Employment is not a requirement.
