Hi,

I am due to apply for my ILR in May 2012 ( HSMP and Tier1 ). On my passport the issue date shows as 11th June 2007.

I got my SAR today and in that I got the copy of the letter they sent to my solicitor that time ( i didn't have that letter before ) says the issue date as 6th June 2007.

What should I make the base? Passport or UKBA letter?

My visa is expiring on 6th June 2012.

Please suggest/advise.

Did you apply visa in UK?

If I were in this situation, I will go for the visa date in your passport.
