Hi zimba, thank you for the link.

I'm still confused: in the link, it says that ''Where an application is made and a further application is submitted from the customer that has the effect of varying it, the fee for the first application must be refunded.''

However, it also says: ''Withdrawn and the customer is not entitled to a refund of their application fee (for example after biometrics have been submitted).''
