Hi
I have applied for the indefinite few days ago
5 years limited leave expiry: 20/11/2019
Applied online for SET(P) ILR: 23/10/2019
Documents submit online uploads: 04/11/2019
Biometric done: 6/11/2019
Acknowledgement email: not revd
Status progress emails: -
Approval letter: -
BRP recieved: -

My question is sopra steria they didn’t scan my travel documents neither my residence permit or relevant documents. And they return me my all documents even my travel documents and residence permit card They said that your solicitor have already done scanning and uploads documents

The problem z that now they have not sent me a conformation email until yet containing my reference number. I need my reference number I need to prove my employer at my work place they keep telling me ...

Can someone suggest me what to do next in this regard

sopra steria did the same with me. Just scanned my travel documents and biometric, fingerprints that’s all.
They said HO will contact you if they need anything else.
I was worried sick but now it’s seems like that’s the new process.
They probably take information from your old file and that’s all.
Still waiting for my decision. All the best to all of you.

Hi ,
I have question regarding the Set P form... I became refugee 5 years ago with my daughter, which is 9 now. Few days ago I applied for ILR , where was the section about dependants. It asked me if I'm including children from previous claim. I answered Yes. But I didn't give me option to give my daughter's details. I went to biometric fingerprint today they just took my details. I feel puzzled , application looks like for one person only ...
Please advise if anyone can relate .

I would suggest that you better write a letter to Home Office and explain that you have done a mistake and start a new one and do it as soon as possible as it might have consequences if you don't apply within 28 days before your refugee status expires.

Hi, after you finish your section you have to add any dependents to your case and add all the required info, that should be added before to click next to required documents tab.

Hi I think The guidline is
"Every applicant need to apply seperate application,Dependent Cannot apply within one application"
I suggest You need to consult with Solicitor on immediate bases.

I have emailed them this is the message I got....
It’s kind of a generic message they sent.... I wonder if the send this message to everyone or do they really tell the exact status of the application ...

Good morning,

Thanks for your email. With regard to the timescale for your application, we would normally expect to process applications within 6 months. For the latest information on our service standards for deciding applications, please go to our website. Applications which are not straightforward, or which need further enquiries, take longer to decide.

Thanks and regards,

Hello Everyone
I was waiting to get my Visa and then share the timeline but it seems like a never ending wait so my timeline so far is :

5 years limited leave expiry: 14/08/2019
Applied online for SET(P) ILR: 15/07/2019
Documents submit online uploads: 15/07/2019
Bio metric done: 18/07/2019
Acknowledgement email: Only received Application submission email.
Status progress emails: - None ( As they stopped it after June 2019 i guess )
Approval letter: - Waiting
BRP received: - Waiting

It is quite frustrating as most of us has got it under or just over in three months but its been 4 months and 6 days since i applied...but its well under their 6 months time frame so staying positive.

Also i included a dependent ( my 15 months old daughter ) on my application who was obviously not part of my original application 5 years ago. So could be the reason that they are taking long ?

& my ex wife was dependent on my actual application she applied separately on 1st August 2019..didher bio metric on 12 august 2019..received her ILR on 15th November 2019 which was dated 12 November 2019.

So that means they are taking long because i added my daughter in my application , do they normally take long if you have dependent in your application ?

Sorry for the long post, all the best to everyone.

Your help is much appreciated thanks in advance :)

Hi, Any of you guys know what address I need to send the SET P form Signed information verification form to ?

I didn't upload them online and don't remember if I took it with me to my croydon appointment or not.

I am very stressed as I haven't received any acknowledgment email and I submitted my application on 30th of December. My BRP 5 years ended in 13th of October.

Please help me. To what address I have to send the consent form to ?

I called and emailed many times but no one can answer me in the home office or didn't help.
