ILR 5 years postal app still waiting

Hi,
I applied for my ILR in November 2011 (dont even remember the exact date now) and still waiting for reply. My application was Tier 2 postal application. I know some of the waiting times are atrocious but is there a way I can enquire about my application or ask them to speed it up. Mine was a simple case, no dependents. I cant find the contact number on the UKBA site anymore.
