Hi ALL,
I have more than 180 days exit from UK during my 5 Year.

Total Exit : 255
Maximum Exit in 1 time : 85days
Can prove out of 255 days of total Exit : 40 days , ( Marriage visit, Father health issue Papers)

With the above criteria can i apply for ILR without any proof of of my other visits to my home country. Most of them were holiday visit.

My wife joined me last year and Completed her 1 year stay in uk. We married in 2011 only. Can she apply along with me as my ILR dependent ?
Means Set (O).

PLEASE HELP ME OUT IN THE ABOVE CASE .... IT WOULD BE GREATTTTT...

Regarding your wife's application: As you will get you ILR before she completes her 2 years, you will have to get her FLR(M) as soon as you can after you get your ILR. Then when she has completed 2 years, she can apply for ILR.

Alternatively, you can both get Tier 1 extensiosn right now. Then when she has completed 2 years, you can both apply for ILR at the same time.

Thanks !!
