Hello all,

Asking for a friend who has PEO appointment next month for ILR. Applying based on 5 years on WP + Tier-1

He didnt keep any of his electricity/ council or water bills. Moreover they were on his name only and not on joint name.

They dont have any joint bank account.. seperate accounts but same postal address. They do have tenany agreement on joint name.

If I am not wrong they need to show documents for atleast last two years right ?

His wife has been in UK for 4 years now.

What is the best way/documents for them ..

gkedia: they can show whatever they have (even the accounts on single names but the address should be same).

Tenancy agreement would help too. Also try to get letter from GP.

1) driving licence
2) GP letter or NHS medical card (as Linkers said)
3) any NHS letters
4) Mobile phone bills
5) any other letters

Yes they have DL as well with same add and NHS card, so hopefully that would work
