Hi all,

I have booked my settlement PEO appointment on 25th April @ Solihull, Birmingham. I have the following documents with me to take. Please can somebody confirm if i have all the documents required or still need some documents.

I entered this country on 9th of April 2007 as a work permit holder and then got HSMP done on 17th Nov 2008 and got the Tier-1 renewed in october 2011.

I was a permanent employee of some company until Feb-2010 and there after a self employed.

Documents :
1) Last 5 years P60
2) Last 12 months Payslip and dividend vouchers
3) Last 12 months Personal bank acc statements
4) Last 12 months Business bank acc statements
5) Maintenance fund bank statements for last 3 months
6) Accountant letter confirming my employment including last 1 years income
7) Life in UK test results
8.) Limited Company Returns
9) Home office approval documnets for my previous 2 Tier -1 application.

Documents looks fine to me...do you have family members/spouse? if so you will need need to add Cohabitation doucments...rest looks fine

I think, it is a good idea to include original work permit document as well.
Can you get a support letter from previous company (try this if you can)

Have you got your ILR? please can you share your accountants letter format?
