Hello I have a question I hope someone can help ,I'm not included in the tenancy agreement could be a problem? it is very clear in the folder that my husband can pay accommodation but he is the one included in the tenancy agreement .

Ask the landlord to write a letter saying you have permission to share the accommodation.
