urgent Help-Income proof for lTD Company

Hi,
I applying iILR Next week.
I am work through my LTD Company and slore director
i work as IT Contractor
For income proof i am showing
payslips
Personal Bank statements
Dividend voucher signed me as drirector
Business bank statements
Accoutant Letter showing my dividend and salary details
ALL The p60
Is these proof enough ...
Had few queries
1>Do we need company accounts for this year as the accounts are not done yet.
2>I have only one priofit and loss for last year year end 30 april 2011
3>My wife is company secetary does she need to sign the dividend voucher or meine signtarue is enough
4>I have 2 dividends taken last year
One first divdiend date i had 100 shares
on second dvidend date i had 200 shares (as we increased the share hodling)
do i need to mention 200 shares in my second dvidend vochuer.
senior members please advise.
