Can any one experienced pl guide me is there any harm
(disadvantages) if i pay my ILR fees by bank draft ?

It's actually the most secure way (in terms of guaranteed funds) of paying as the bank will be paying from its own account rather than yours.

I was just worried as would bank draft take longer then postal orders or cheque i don't know do u have any idea about that ?
