Documents for Self Employed - ILR

Hi All,
I am currently self employed.. and have my own pvt. limited company.
I entered in UK on 17th June 2007 and was on WP till Aug 2008, later I got my tier1 and left my permie job and registered my limited firm on Apr 2010.
Can you please help me with the list of documents that will be required for my ILR application. I have my in person appointment at Croydon office on 22nd May.
