CONVICTIONS MISSED OUT

Hello I wonder if anyone can help ,
when i sent in application i mssed out to fill in traffic convictions.
ic alled the home office and tehy said its ok as it reallt depends on case worker to approve or decline applkication
but i have sent in the covering letter and documenst with reference of my case number
has anyone done such silly thing
worried to DEATH please help
