I like to thank members for information available on this forum. Good Luck to all those who are on their way.

From my y'day's experience I will recommend Cardiff PEO, if you are willing to travel. Staffs were uber-cool and friendly. One caveat though for Ltd companies and self-employed- there's a disclaimer that results can't be made on same day if you're from outside Cardiff.

My route was through Ltd company and turned perm recently. So they did query on Ltd company status. Following are the list of docs submitted:


 Limited company incorporation and VAT certificate

 Limited company business account bank statements

 Audited company financial returns for the previous years

 Current Employment offer letter

 Letter from employer on current designation

 Original Passport

 UKBA points based Self assessment copy

 Salary slips for the period-

 Dividend vouchers

 Bank statements of current and savings account for confirmation that payment received as salary, dividends and maintenance.

 Invoice validation and Payment summaries from the managing
accountant

 Letter from managing accountant confirming that business accounts meet statutory requirements and net profit made for the earnings claimed

 All Previous Company annual returns –

 Previous work contract copy and remittance advice form

Co-Habitation

 Joint bank statements and letter from Bank

 eTicket for dependant's date of arrival

 Marriage Certificate

 Council tax bill for year 2012-13

 Tenancy agreement

 NHS medical card
