Hi All,

Just wondering if we need to take the pages from SET(O) which are not relevant to us (the ones which dont apply or you will leave it blank by putting N/A).

You need to take the full SET(O) form with you and leave the irrelevant pages blank.

By taking any pages out, you will confuse the case worker more.
