Subject : ILR Application - Stayed out of UK for 270 days.

Hi,
Background :
HSMP (2 Years) + Tier 1(3 years) + Additonal extension to cover initial 2 months delay and make case better.
After 2.8 months of UK stay we were blessed with second child (Surgical delivery) and wife was on maternity
leave for a year(Still employed in UK) so wanted to move back to india to get family help as she was struggeling to cope up.
I have accumulated two months annual vacation and took five months sabbotical leave (I have employers approval letters)
and went back to india to buy a flat and have family shifted for a year (Without knowing this may impact ILR).
As planned I came back and joined work after 7 months (2 months paid, 5 months unpaid leave)
Total Days out of UK 276
Total Unpaid Leaves 158 (Sabottical, with employers consent)
Total Paid Leaves 118 (Paid vacations)
Will this impact my ILR Application ? as
I was out of UK for more than 180 days and
was out in a single trip for more than 90 days (Costly mistake I know but was not aware)
Sound employement background as I am employed as perm employee in Multinational comp since first week of landing.
Please advise!
