Hi Everyone,

My appointment for PEO is next week and I'd really appreciate your answer to my queries:

My application is 5 year through HSMP + Tier 1 and I am one of the two directors of Ltd company, my husband being the other director. I have absences of around 300 days - mostly for business - with one absence - business trip - stretched a few days more than 90 due to medical reasons.

1- I need to provide an employer letter from our company explaining my absences and that one > 90 days absence. Do you advise me to write and sign the letter myself , on company letterhead with stamp - or asked my husband who is the other director to do it ? As a director, I am the company's employee as well, receiving salaries, paying NI & Tax and everything. Which one would be better ?

2- Should we provide company tax return documents even if our company has not made enough profits and not paid any tax on that yet ?

Lokking forward to your replies,
Sapeyuk
