Finally the glorious day came and I got my ILR and my wife got FLR(M) with the grace of God Almighty Allah!

It was a quick and smooth process. I had an appointment for 9am.
after security checks got token. With in 2 mins got called by Case Worker

After the greetings this is how documents were asked.

Form set (O)
Passport
Life in UK certificate
12 months Payslips
12 months Bank Statement (all the payments made to me highlighted, it made checking for case worker easy).

I only had 65 days out of UK.

after cross-checking bank statement with payslips. she told me that she needs to do last check on my passport. After 1 minute I heard the "MAGIC WORD" I am happy to approve your ILR. Then I went to payment window made payment, went outside and after 5 mins got called for biometric , got it done in 5 mins, the nice lady at biometric told me to go outside and come back in next 1-2 hours. I came back after 45 mins and my documents were ready.

Around 1pm I came back with my wife for FLR (M) for my wife.
it was my day so luckily went to same case worker, so this time was just asked for

FLR (M)
Marriage certificate
KET Exam Certificate

(Most of my documents were already seen probably thats why)

She approved it with smiley face.

We are very happy now.
