Hi any one can suggest me on ILR eligibility as I got two different answers from HO when I called them.

My Wife came to UK on Apr 2010 as a Tier1 dependent, and switched to FLR(M) on JULY 2011 as I got my ILR.

TIER1 Dependent from Apr 2010 - JUl 2011
FLR(M) Jul 2011 to present

When can she apply for ilr using set(M)

Thanks in advance

Apr 2012 onwards, if Tier 1 you refer to is "Tier 1 (General)".
Else, Jul 2013.

Thank you so much for confirming. Yes she is on Tier1 general dependent.

When called to Home Office I got two different answers , first time they said she can apply but today when I called to as can my son can join us at PEO then they said she is not eligible for applying ILR.

Appointment is at Liverpool PEO and Will they allow children inside as my wife applying ILR for her only?

You can take your children with you. It should not be a problem at all.

It can do no harm to point out in a covering letter that para 287(a)(i)(d) of the Immigration Rules is in play, and therefore the ILR application can be made at this time.

Hi volssg,

What contact number did you use to call Home Office?

I tried with the numbers on the site but I stay waiting on the line for ages.

Thanks very much...

Its a waste of time to ring them for any information. Many times the so called advice can be wrong.

I tried to call them on the number fromwebsite only. I called them around 4 pm. So got connected quickly. But the problem is they don't have clear idea , every time they will give different answers. But you can try. Asim is correct. Many times they may give wrong suggestions.

John thanks for the suggestion. Sure will do mention in the covering letter.
Oxford thanks for letting me know. So relieved.

Thanks every one and will update you the result.

Hi Everyone,

Got ILR on 18th June from Liverpool PEO. No problem at all.
It took only 1.30 hours.

Thanks every one for your advises.
