Hi,
I got intial my Tier 1(general) visa on 28 Aug 2008 for 3yrs
Then I extended my Tier 1(general) visa on 19 Aug 2011 for another 2yrs
Now my visa finishes in Aug 2013.
My confusion is when my visa expires in Aug 2013,making 5 yrs of continuous stay, Can i apply for ILR before my visa expires.
If so, do i still have to score 75 points again.

Any help appreciated. thanks

As far as I know,
1. you can apply with in 28 days before the complition of your 5 years.
2. You need to have at least the same points you needed to qualify for your first tier 1 visa
