I got Ilr MAY 2012,(under 10 years).
my wife and kids got 2 years FLR(M)
On last Monday 18-jun-12.

She came to uk in 2008 as a Hsmp (dep), then
She got extension with me to tier 1(dep) in
2009. Now she changed her visa to FLR(m) 2 years visa
After I got Ilr in may 2012.
Kids born here but I ll apply them next year
For British passport (some travel plans).

She got appointment in PEO next week
For SET(M) Ilr.

Question is can she apply immediate for
Settlement on set(m).?
Or she had to complete 2 years on spouse
Visa (FLR m). Then apply in June 2014.

Q13 and 287(a)(i)(d).

It is very. Confusing paragraph 287(a)(i)(d).
What it means she has to complete 2 years
Under flr(m) as spouse of settled person.

So my wife cannot apply she need to wait
For 2 years and then can apply? Is in't
