Hi All,

Im finishing my 5 years on TIER-1 by the end of December 2012.My wife has joined me last November 2011.

My initial visa is Workpermit since 21 Jan 2008
Changed to Tier-1 02 May 2009
Tier-1 Extension 06/06/2012 expires 06/06/2014

Im planning to apply for ILR in December 2012.

My question is can add her on my ILR application?

if not do i need to fill another application for her as well?

Since she not eligible for ILR can she just carry on the TIER-1 visa which expires in 2014.?
