ILR Query

Hi,
I entered UK on WP on 3-02-2008 and convereted to Tier 1 in May-09.
I have been in and out of the country for number of times, but never above 90days. As per my passport stamps I have been out of the country for 179days in total. I should be eligible for ILR by next year Feb based on 5 years completion. The question I have is, will the Stamps on the Passport sufficient to prove my 5 years term or should I be producing any other documents to prove the same.
I have P60 from 2008, but I dont have the P60 for full years, what I mean is, I was in work say for 9 months in a year, then I have P60 for those 9 months and not for rest 3months. Can I use these P60's to prove that I have been in the country from past 5years. I am worried if they consider that I was out of the country for more than 90days since my P60 does not cover the complete 12 months. Please advice.
Thanks,
Samad

Yes you can use the P60s but in most instances case workers use the passport stamps to check your travel in and out of the UK. If required, you can produce other documents like council tax, bank statements, or TV licence showing your address(es) in the UK.
If I may ask, why were in and out of the UK? Was it because of work or just holiday? In calculating the days out of the UK, are you including the date of departure and date of arrival? Ordinarily, UKBA counts only full days so that date of departure and arrival are excluded.

I have been out because of Holiday and also because of Work.
But I cant show that I was out on Work, as I was asked to go back to India and then I came back again on project and stuff like that.
Hence My P60 is not there for continuous period. And also I have lived in different locations and I dont have the address proofs for those places, except for the recent one which I have been for more than 2.5yrs.
If the CW just takes the stamps on passport then I should be good.
But again there have been lot of stamps on my passport, will they be checking for each and every stamp?

I would advise you to explain clearly what your situation is/was. Quote specific dates, if possible. Simply saying "stufflikethat" is not helpful in understanding your circumstances.

Ok, here are the dates which I have been in the county and out of it
In UK Out UK
03-Feb-08 26-Apr-08
26-May-08 11-Jul-08
02-Sep-08 20-Nov-08
23-Nov-08 28-Sep-09
20-Oct-09 03-Dec-09
26-Dec-09 06-Jan-11
30-Jan-11 15-Jun-11
19-Jun-11 04-Mar-12
17-Mar-12 NA
If you see the above dates, I 1st came in on WP and was here for short duration on Payrol transfer and then I returned and whn I came back In May, it was on deputation, but my sal was running in India, so I had no payslips for May'08, june'08 and Jul'08 when I was here.
I returned to India and came back again in Sep'08 on Payroll transfer and I have payslips from Sep'08 to Sep'09. Then again I was asked to move back to india. The Period I was in UK from 20-oct'09 to 03-Dec'09 I have no payslips as I was on long holiday. Then I came back on UK Payrol from Jan 2010 and been on uk payroll from then.
Since I have been back and forth and the out period is never beyond 90days, will this be ok when I file my ILR since my P60 would not show my earnings for full year for 2008 and 2009. Please advice.

Can someone pls respond to my query, I am thinking of taking a vacation in Dec, incase if I can do my ILR in Feb'13, then I need to postpone my vacation. If I happen to take vacation in Dec, my out of country would exceed mroe than 180 days. So please some one let me know if I can do it in Feb'13 or do I need to wait longer.
Thanks in Advance
