Hi

I came to UK in March 2004 as student, my ILR is due on March 2014 on 10 years long residency basis,

Currently I am on Tier 1 General 3 years visa due for extension in Jan 2013,

My wife came to UK in June 2009 as my Tier 1 PSW Dependants, currently my Tier 1 General dependants.

What is your advise? What should my aim be? Should I make an aim for 10 years ILR or 5 years ILR, As there are new rules coming for dependants etc, What could be my best course of action

Please guide me

Just want your guidence on this one as well please,

My Tier 1 General extension is due on Jan 2013, If I apply before 09 July 2012 for extension, That means applying for my wife's tier 1 general dependant visa before 09 july 2012.

Once I get my ILR in March 2014 on 10 years long residency basis, Will my wife get 2 years ILR dependant visa or 5 years ILR dependant?
