Hi

I am new to this possibly some one might help me out i am old type work permit holder august 2007 changed to tier2 in 2009 got extension till march 2012, i have applied for my extension in march 12 th 2012 till date i havent received any communication for HO only the acknowledgement my boss mailed regarding this delay then the case worker replied that UR APPLICATION IS IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETION .

Now the thing is i will be eligible for my 5 years anniversary in a months time i want to go through peo is it possible i had enogh waiting till now ,just for extension can anyone help

got work permit out of country india on 28 th august 2007 entered uk 28 th sept 2007 one month late

i got work permit in 2007 initially for 18 months then i have done my extension as a tier2 in 2009 for three years in feb 2012 and they gave extra 14 days leave till march 14 1012 as per HO declared there was a technical error by there side so my application was free for further extension.is that because of that it has been delayed i think i should be eligible by 1week august 2012 or am i calculating wrong?

You may apply no earlier than 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your entry in the UK as a WP migrant.
