Earning points for ILR

Hi,
Looking for Short Yes/No answer.
For Earning points that needs to be shown for ILR ... is the window for 12 months earning is last 15 months (similar to initial and extension of Tier 1) OR it needs to be immediate 12 months on date of filing ILR?

Yes, It is any consecutive 12 months in the immediate preceeding 15 months. Hope that helps.

Just so that we know of confirmed case .. has anyone shown 12 months salary skipping 3 immediate months before the application?

hi,
I have similar query, can i conisder the consecutive 12 months from June 2011 - May 2012 ,I actually wanted to take from July 2011 - June2012 but bank statement that i received today is date uptill 26 June (and my salary was deposited on June 29), called up bank and they said it would take 3-5 working days if posted to home address and 3 working day if posted to local branch(though no gurantee) i.e from today i can get it by Thursday 05 July and my appointment is on 06 July.
