ILR - Days short of 5yr qualifying period

Hi
I'm looking to go for PR with the timeline below, but I'm bit confused with shortage of days for qualifying period, Will I be successful with ILR application or I have to go for another extension?
EC 23/08/07
Date of UK arrival 11/10/07(41 days after EC)
Extended until 23/08/12
