ILR - Docs final Review

Hi all,

All set to go, ILR in 5 days time using set(O) form under HSMP+Tier1 (General)

EC Date: 01-AUG-2007
UK First Entry : 04-AUG-2007
28 days Rule : 04-JUL-2012 eligible for ILR appointment
Total absences in five years : 20 days

Docs Carrying -

1. SET(O) form 04/2012 version
2. LIUK (me & dependent)
3. 12 Salary slips + 1 P60 + 12 bank stmts showing salary credits
4. Master degree qualification details
5. Passports + photos
6. Old hsmp+T1 approval letters
7. other P60 for last 4 yrs (as I have)
8. Latest 3 months bank stmts
9. Bachelor degree certificates (where old eng lang req in HSMP)

Cohab docs :

a. 5 yrs Council Tax (on both names)
b. 3 yrs Water bills (on both names)
c. 2 yrs Credit cards stmt (on both names)
d. NHS + voter cards - 2.5 yrs
e. 3 yrs Mortgage docs (on both names)
f. NI , Driving licence cards (Both)
g. Marriage certificate
h. Birth certificate (kid)
i. Other ad-hoc bank stmts

No criminal/traffic offences or fines.

one set of Xrox copy of all the above docs including passports.


This is it.....

Any comments on docs covered in my application.

I have got ILR today.

They asked me only these docs -
LIUK
12 payslips + 1 p60
3 yrs Council Tax bills



Approved ILR in 1.5 hrs time.
