Dear Experts,
Would be much greatful if you could advice on eligibility for applying for indefinite leave to remain for my wife and daughter based on the details below :
1. Spouse came to UK as "HSMP Dependant" and extended under "Tier 1 ( Dependant ) Partner"
2. Initial Visa Issued on : 06-Aug-2007
3. Entered UK on : 04-Dec-2007
4. Extended visa under Dependant Tier 1 (General) : 19-May-2009
5. Current Visa is valid till : 06-Aug-2012
6. My daughter born in UK on : 26-Aug-2009.
7. Tier 1 ( Dependant ) Child Visa issues on : 26-Oct-2009
8. Current Visa is valid till : 06-Aug-2012
I took appointment for my ILR on 30-July-2012 at PEO-Croydon. Please advise on whether my wife and daughter can apply for ILR along with me or do they need an extension of visa?
I'm bit confused / worried with the announcement Dt.13-Jun-2012 which says as below:
"extending the minimum probationary period for settlement for non-EEA spouses and partners from two years to five years, to test the genuineness of the relationship"

Many thanks for anticipation.
Regards.
