new immigration rule

Hi i have read throught the new immigration rule but am not clear about pple who applied for spouse visa and their two year ends after july 9th. my question is if by december 2012 my 2 year probationary period is over will i apply for leave to remain or I will have to extend my visa for another 3 years to make 5 years.

Hi i have read the the sticky, but i still didnt get the answer i was looking. if my probationary period for 2 years ends after july 9th, will i apply for Leave to remain or I will apply for extension of 3 years more?

The new rules won't affect you. You'll still apply for ILR.
