If someone get ILR before 9th July 2012 on Tier 1 G alone for some reasons,an his family visa expiring in September 2012,can his family eligible to apply directly for ILR or they need to apply for spouse visa Ist than ILR?
Also Wat spouse need to pass LIUK or English test,as applying after 9th July 2012 still with in 28 days of his ILR date.
It's important please comment GReenie,JOhn and sushmeta.

Send your query to
SettlementOpsPolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. They will definitely give you the advise on this.
Not all the question can be answered on this forum. as you know that the Immigration Borads and members of this forum, like yourself, can only advise accordinging to their experiance. You are not getting your answer, may be beacuse, no one else has experiance this thing.
