12th June PEO appointments & IT issues

I applied for ILR at PEO Croydon on 12th June, because of the IT issues my passport was kept by the case worker and I was told that I will get my passport back within next few days.
Passport was returned on 18th June along with the grant letter. I have still not received my BRP card, the BRP delivery team has told me that there is some sort of technical/production issue with my case and they can not give me any status updates because they only deal with the deliveries.
I will appreciate it if any one who applied on 12th June at a PEO and faced similar IT problems can confirm that if they have received their BRP card...
Also if any one has heard of BRP production team and if there is a contact number for them ?
